Our raw materials and processes
We carefully select high-quality raw materials, including high-purity aluminum oxide (Al₂O₃) powder, trace amounts of chromium oxide (Cr₂O₃) (as a coloring agent), and optional flux agents, ensuring the purity and stability of each synthetic ruby.
Our production process utilizes the flame fusion method (Verneuil process), a classic and efficient technique that precisely controls a high-temperature flame (typically generated by burning hydrogen and oxygen) to melt aluminum oxide powder. The molten material is then gradually deposited onto a rotating base, forming synthetic ruby crystals layer by layer. This process not only ensures uniform crystal structure but also allows for precise control over the ruby’s color and transparency, meeting the high standards required for both jewelry and industrial applications.
Furthermore, we adhere to strict ethical and environmental principles. All raw materials are sourced from sustainable supply chains, free from exploitative mining or environmental harm.
